With a background as a former Coldwell Banker Realtor in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and extensive experience as a buyer and seller across the country, I am well-prepared to help my clients achieve their real estate objectives. My focus is on guiding buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in eastern Polk County, Florida, an area I have grown to know and love since relocating here in 2021.

FACTS ABOUT ME:

• I've lived in six states as an adult, some of them twice.
• Florida is the third state where I've held a real estate license.
• I grew up on the Texas Gulf Coast near Houston, so I knew about hurricanes when I moved here.
• Before moving to central Florida, I lived in Hot Springs for 30 years, owned a shop in the downtown historic district, and received my real estate license while preparing to retire from National Park College.
• I may look like a lady, but sometimes I say bad words.
